WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON’T FINISH AN ESCAPE ROOM MADNESS ESCAPE ROOM?
If you don’t finish an Escape Room Madness escape room within the allotted time, the game simply ends. You won’t be “trapped” in the room indefinitely. Typically, a staff member will come to the room to let you know that your time is up and assist you in exiting the room. While it’s always exciting to successfully escape within the time limit, not finishing doesn’t detract from the fun and enjoyment of the experience. WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
An Escape Room is a real-life escape game in which you and your team have an hour to solve puzzles, find clues and unravel mysteries to escape the room. Each room has a maximum capacity listed below it. Everyone has to work together as a team to escape.
WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ESCAPE ROOM WITH US?
ALL ROOMS ARE PRIVATE EXPERIENCES FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS. The only people in the room with you are the people you bring with you. No other groups can join your group in the same room.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY GAME?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. We highly encourage everyone to come on time for the best escape room experience.
WHAT IF I AM LATE? WILL I BE PERMITTED TO GO INSIDE?
Due to the tight schedule of the games and their frequency, arriving late may disrupt the game in session and the following games. Our staff will use their discretion in handling late arrivals.
ARE CELLPHONES, BAGS, FOOD, BEVERAGES OR CAMERAS ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOM?
Due to the setup of the escape rooms, we cannot allow any food or drinks in the escape room. We also cannot allow anyone who is intoxicated to play the game. You may bring your cellphone but we ask you to please refrain from taking pictures or videos to ensure the privacy of the escape room.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
All sales are final. If you need to reschedule your game, you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance, or else a 50% service fee will be applied to a one time reschedule for your game (where there is availability). As this game is a live event (such as a concert or a show), we strive to provide fairness in the booking system. No refunds or rescheduling for no show or late arrivals. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
AM I GOING TO BE LOCKED IN A ROOM?
Yes! It wouldn’t be much fun if you weren’t! Don’t worry though, every game is monitored by audio and video surveillance. In case you need to leave the room during the game, there is a green exit button clearly marked by the door that unlocks the room in case of an emergency situation. Should you choose to leave during the 60-minute time limit, your game is over, however, the remainder of your group may continue until the time runs out or succeed in escaping the room.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TEAM AND I FIND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ADVANCE THROUGH THE GAME?
Our clue masters will be monitoring your game during the full session using surveillance equipment in the room and are ready to assist you with hints and clues should you find yourselves stuck.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Photo ID and the credit card that was used to make the booking/reservation.
THE ROOM SAYS UP TO 12 PEOPLE, DO I NEED 12 PEOPLE TO DO THE ROOM?
No, there is no minimum number of players required to do any of our escape rooms.
I AM TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A GROUP, DO I NEED TO PAY FOR EVERYONE USING MY CREDIT CARD?
No, each person can book/reserve their own spots using their own credit cards. We advise you to coordinate among your group members the reservation details including the room of your choice, time and date to ensure that your entire group is booking the correct room.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH WHEN I ARRIVE?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, so we will not have any change for you. You can pay online or pay in person with a credit/debit card.
